The residence is a quiet position near at the lake and public landing stages (the best way for visit the lake). Everything is within walking distance such as shops, restaurants, ferry and bus stop, amenities,the famous villas to visit. Residence offers 6 comfort studio or two-roomed apartments of different sizes. Each apartment can hold up to 4 persons or 8 persons in two adjoining apartments. All apartments have double bed, living room with double sofabed, very fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, tv sat, air conditioning, heating, safe. A great restaurant, pizzeria and winery next door.
